Territory Barbell Club

The barbell club is essentially an Olympic weightlifting club designed at improving your snatch and clean and jerk.

You will get strong with not only the main weightlifting movements, but also back squats, pressing and so on.

Barbell club will run Monday – Saturday and cater for beginners up to advanced athletes.

A coach will be on hand weekdays to guide you in your program.
