The barbell club is essentially an Olympic weightlifting club designed at improving your snatch and clean and jerk.

You will get strong with not only the main weightlifting movements, but also back squats, pressing and so on.

CrossFit Territory’s General Program is designed for the ordinary person to achieve something they thought extraordinary. The program suits beginners through to advanced and we use Constantly Varied Functional Movements done at high intensity.
