We definitely would say it is worth it, but we are a little biased. The only person who can truly tell you if it is worth it, is you. The only way you can objectively know is to show up and participate in a workout.

50 Front Squats Rx+ 60/40 Rx 40/30

*1 person working at a time on Rope, Assault Bike, Front Squats & Rower.
*Front squat are from the ground.
*2 people working at a time and one resting on burpees and wall balls (alternate as required)
*All 3 team members must do run together.
*Split up reps anyway you like.
